Joseph Abraham joined Domino’s Pizza in April, 2002. Presently Joe oversees Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and HRIS functions for the Company.
In his tenure at Domino’s, Joe has led a number of important initiatives. Those programs include, ‘Paperless PeopleFirst’, ‘Enterprise Customer Service Center Consolidation’, “Domino’s Total Rewards Program”, “Pandemic Preparedness Planning” and “Structure for Success”.
Most recently, Joe co-lead the development and implementation of Domino’s newest initiative, Structure for Success. Domino’s Pizza recognized the need for change and adopted a new blueprint that provides a consistent structure for career development, organization design and compensation. The cost savings from these programs have been estimated at over three million dollars.
Prior to joining Domino’s, Abraham served as a Human Capital Practice Leader, for KPMG Consulting (currently known as Bearing Point). Prior to joining KPMG Consulting, he worked in a number of leadership and consulting capacities in all areas of human capital management.
Abraham holds a degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Michigan. He is part of the Advisory Council for People Report. Abraham actively participates in committees with the Detroit Renaissance, People Report, World at Work, PeopleSoft and SHRM. He has been published by the IPMA and IHRIM and presents to a number of professional associations. Joe is the father of two sons and currently resides in Southeastern Michigan with his wife, Jacqueline.
An accomplished professional, Mr. Butler has expertise in virtually all areas of Human Resources, and particular depth of experience in HR strategy, employee benefits, executive compensation and talent management.
In his unusually varied career, Mike has been a practicing attorney, a management consultant and a senior corporate executive. He began his career as an associate practicing corporate, healthcare and employment law with Epstein Becker & Green in Washington, DC. Mike next spent several years at HR consulting and outsourcing firm Hewitt Associates, where he led teams serving clients ranging from startup to Fortune 500, across a wide range of industries. After being made a Partner, Mike founded and for several years led a unique cross-disciplinary practice focusing on all aspects of global equity compensation and related employee engagement and organizational issues. Since leaving consulting, Mike has held senior HR positions for three public companies, including his current post as head of Compensation and Benefits for Cablevision, a major NY-based media, telecommunications and entertainment conglomerate.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies with a concentration in labor history from Georgetown University, and a law degree from Catholic University of America, where he was a member of the Law Review and also a founding editor of the Journal of Contemporary Health Law and Policy.

Roger joined Medtronic, Inc. in 1996. His responsibilities include strategic planning, design and management of all U. S. employee benefit programs as well as the company’s health and wellness activities. He was instrumental in implementing one of the first consumer driven plans offered by a major U. S. corporation, rolling out a plan in 2001. Recent benefit challenges have included a complete review and restructuring of benefit plans for the company’s 25,000 U. S. employees.
From 1979 to 1996, he was with Novartis, where he held various human resource and financial management positions.
His educational background includes an MBA from the University of St Thomas, St. Paul, MN and an undergraduate degree from Moorhead State University, Moorhead, MN.
Thomas A. Curtin, Jr. is senior vice president for national sales & account management for Kaiser Permanente. He has a key leadership role for improving Kaiser Permanente’s competitive positioning, sales, account management and market facing strategy contributing to the growth and financial performance of the organization. In his previous, initial role with Kaiser Permanente Tom was vice president for marketing, sales & business development for Kaiser Permanente’s Mid-Atlantic States region.
Tom has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing management in the health care industry and has demonstrated significant results in many challenging circumstances. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, he held the position of vice president and chief marketing officer for The Segal Company, where he built a national sales and marketing team and also led the organization through a formal re-branding and market re-positioning initiative.
Tom has also worked as a sales and marketing executive for several prominent health care organizations in other markets including Group Health, Inc, a large non-profit PPO covering 3.5 million lives in New York; Cigna HealthCare; Healthsource; and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
Tom received his bachelor’s of science degree in business and economics from St. Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Kay Curling oversees SI International's human resources (HR) compensation, benefits, and HRIS functions. Curling joins SI International with over 20 years of experience in HR leadership positions at SRA International, Inc. In her most recent position as Director of Employee Benefits, Health & Wellness and Community Service at SRA, she managed a multi-disciplinary function providing services to employees across the world.
Curling's focus at SRA included the design and development of several key programs and processes that were instrumental in SRA being named to FORTUNE Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For” list for 9 consecutive years as well as several other national and local awards. Curling is a recognized national expert in the field of employee benefits and corporate philanthropy and volunteer program.
She was recognized in 2000 by Employee Benefit News as the Benefits Professional of the Year. In 2003 she was recognized by Workforce Magazine for Innovation in Human Resources. In 2004 Employee Benefit News recognized Curling along with her team with the People First Award. Marymount University and the Washington Business Journal recognized Curling and the SRA Community Action, Response, and Education Services (CARES) Committee with the 2007 Human Resource Leadership Award for Community Service. She was recognized by Charities@Work with the 2007 Trailblazer Award for leading SRA’s volunteer and charitable giving programs.
She is a frequent guest lecturer and speaker at national and local Human Resources and Benefits conferences. Curling is an active Board Member of Military Communities Youth Ministries. She serves on the Advisory Board of Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute and the Editorial Advisory Board of Employee Benefit News. She maintains an active insurance agent and consultant license in the State of Virginia.
Robert Devine is Employment Law Counsel and the HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer for Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc., a grocery store retail chain in the Southeast. Winn-Dixie has 521 locations and 52,000 employees.
In his role at Winn-Dixie, Mr. Devine provides support to the human resources function in employment matters. In addition, Mr. Devine was named the companies HIPAA Privacy Officer in March 2006. After success in that area, Winn-Dixie gave Mr. Devine the additional duty of HIPAA Security Officer and added Mr. Devine to the company-wide Enterprise Risk Management Group, where he tackles all issues related to data privacy and security, including regulatory compliance.
In his role of HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer, Mr. Devine manages HIPAA compliance for Winn-Dixie’s health and benefits plan, as well as HIPAA compliance in its pharmacy role as a health care provider. Prior to Winn-Dixie, Mr. Devine was a partner with the law firm of Coffman, Coleman, Andrews & Grogan where he practiced in the area of labor and employment litigation and immigration issues. Mr. Devine received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida.
Karen Doolittle serves as the national business development manager for Wells Fargo Health Benefit Services. In that role she oversees a team of nationwide business development sales executives who work with insurance carriers, brokers, benefits consultants and directly with corporations to provide Health Savings Account solutions.
Before joining Health Benefit Services, Karen was a senior Treasury Management sales manager with Wells Fargo and previous to that was a Global Transaction Services relationship manager for Citigroup.
Karen was born in Huntsville, Alabama. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in political science at Vanderbilt University, and a Master of Business Administration degree, with a focus on finance and marketing, at the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt.
She currently serves as Chairperson for The Junior League of Atlanta, Inc.’s Tour of Kitchens annual fundraiser, and served previously as both Treasurer and Sponsorship Chairman for the event. She has been active with the Partnership Against Domestic Violence and currently also volunteers for the Atlanta Community Food Bank and Dress for Success.
Karen DoolittleRandy Keuch joined H.J. Heinz as Vice President, Total Rewards in April, 2005. Randy has responsibility for worldwide compensation and benefits.
Prior to joining Heinz, Randy was Corporate Director - Strategic Rewards at Pfizer, Inc., in New York. Randy brings a wealth of experience in all areas of compensation and benefits. Randy has 14 years of experience in Blue Chip corporations and 12 years of experience with compensation and benefits consulting firms.
Randy also has extensive international experience because his assignments during the last 10 years have all included global responsibility.
Randy earned his master’s degree in Applied Psychology in 1981 and his bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology in 1976, both from Stevens Institute of Technology. He also completed the core requirements for an MBA from George Mason University in 1987 and completed the Executive Education program at the Harvard Business School in 2002. He is the recipient of the WorldAtWork Lifetime Achievement Award and chairs the Executive Rewards Advisory Board for WorldAtWork.
Randy and his wife Kathy have eight children and live in Pittsburgh.
H. Chuck Johnson is Vice President, Total Rewards Center of Expertise (COE) at Pitney Bowes Inc.
In this role, he has enterprise accountability for the development of compensation and benefits strategies and initiatives that enable PBI to achieve its business and organizational objectives. Chuck, who has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources arena, brings a wealth of business knowledge to our Total Rewards strategy, which is a key business and employee engagement driver.
Chuck joined Pitney Bowes in 1994 in the Shipping & Weighing Division. He has held a variety of management positions during his career with the company including Director of Human Resources Shipping & Weighing, Vice President of Human Resources Copier Systems and TranScape, and Executive Recruiter Corporate Staffing and Development. Most recently Chuck was the Vice President Human Resources, Global Mailing Solutions (GMS), where he had responsibility for developing and managing the human resources strategy, approach, and practices to ensure GMS was successful in achieving its global business strategy.
In each of these assignments, Chuck has demonstrated finely honed skills in building teamwork at the senior executive level while remaining focused on the mission of services to the employees of Pitney Bowes. He also has demonstrated a commitment to leveraging the enterprise and to the development of a strong diverse human resources function as an active participant in the senior human resources leadership team.
Before joining Pitney Bowes, Chuck held a variety of Human Resources leadership positions at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Ann Owens is Vice President of Total Rewards Management at QUALCOMM, a San Diego-based company that develops and delivers innovative digital wireless communications technologies and has been named to Fortune magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” list for ten consecutive years. Ann has over 25 years of human resources management experience, primarily in the high-tech and telecommunications industry.
In her current role, Ann oversees the management of the Compensation, Benefits, Equity, and HR Information Systems functions. She is responsible for the development and implementation of worldwide programs that deliver value to employees while supporting business objectives. Prior to her current position, Ann was employed by several high-tech companies including 3Com, US Robotics and Siemens. She led acquisition and new business start-up activity and successfully developed staffing strategies for rapid new market integration.
Ann’s roles also included managing domestic and international compensation and benefits, where she effectively designed cost-effective, employee-valued programs. She served on several re-engineering teams, chartered with overhauling business processes to increase operations efficiency and effectiveness. Ann is an active member of the Corporate Executive Board. She is also a member of SHRM, World at Work, the Conference Board and the American Electronics Association and frequently speaks to a variety of audiences regarding the value and management of total rewards programs.
William M. Rodgers III is Professor of Public Policy and chief economist at the Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University. He is a member of the graduate faculty of Rutgers' School of Management and Labor Relations, and a senior research affiliate of the National Poverty Center, University of Michigan. In 2006, he was elected to the membership of the National Academy of Social Insurance.
Prior coming to Rutgers, Rodgers served as chief economist at the U.S. Department of Labor from 2000-2001, appointed to that position by Alexis Herman, U.S. Secretary of Labor. At the time of his appointment, he was the Frances L. and Edwin L. Professor Cummings of Economics at the College of William and Mary.
Locally, Professor Rodgers is Vice Chair of Montgomery Township’s Planning Board and Board Chair of Somerset County’s United Way. At the state level, he served on Acting Governor Codey's pensions benefits review task force and currently is a member of Governor Corzine's commission on government efficiency and reform. At the regional level, Rodgers is a member of the United Way of America's Regional Operating Council.
Professor Rodgers' research examines issues in labor economics and the economics of social problems. Building on his edited volume, Prosperity for All (Russell Sage Foundation) and studies published by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the Center for American Progress, and the Upjohn Institute, he is comparing the benefits of the most recent economic expansion to previous expansions, with a particular focus on the income of minority and disadvantaged workers. Professor Rodgers' most recent book, The Handbook on the Economics of Discrimination, published by Edgar Elgar was selected by Choice, the review journal of the American Library Association, as an "Outstanding Academic Book for 2006”. His current research on racial inequality includes a study on the economic status of the New Jersey's minorities, and pieces in the National Urban League's State of Black America and American Prospect's Special Issue, The Color of Opportunity.
Rodgers' expertise is frequently called upon by journalists for articles in The New York Times, U.S.A. Today, Business Week, and other publications. He has been a guest on CNBC and CNNfn and many radio talk shows. His policy work includes testifying before the New Jersey Assembly Commerce and Economic Development Committee, New Jersey State Labor Committee, Joint Economic Committee, U.S. Congress, the Joint Sub-Committee Studying the Status and Needs of African American Males in Virginia, and serving as a consultant for the state of Virginia, the Joint Center for Economic and Political Studies, and the AFL-CIO.
Rodgers serves on numerous boards. He is a Past President of the National Economic Association and is currently a member of the American Economic Association's Committee on the Status of Minorities in the Economics Profession, and runs the Association's mentoring program that seeks to increase the numbers of minorities that obtain economic doctorates. Rodgers is a member of Marc Morial’s National Urban League Council of Economic Advisors and a member of the Center for American Progress' Academic Advisory Board.

During his tenure are Dell, Brit was integral in shaping the HR strategies required to ameliorate the impact to employees when the company failed to remain current in its regulatory filings with the SEC. Prior to Dell, Brit held various positions with Cisco Systems in both line and staff HR capacities, culminating in the Director of Executive Compensation position. He has also held executive compensation positions at both Lucent Technologies and AT&T Corp.
Brit is both a faculty member, and a member of the Executive Compensation Advisory Board for WorldatWork, is a former Board member of the National Center for Employee Ownership, and is a frequent speaker at a variety of Compensation events.

At Diamond H, Kimberly was responsible for leading the product development effort for the company’s Inspirus™ Technology platforms, which are used to design, develop, and manage reinforcement, recognition and reward (R3) programs. She is the co-founder of the National Association of Employee Recognition (now called Recognition Professionals International), and is a leading industry author and spokesperson on the subject of enterprise recognition.
